With the support of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Taiwan, National Tsing Hua University and UniversitiTeknologi Malaysia located in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia have launched a headquarter office of "Taiwan-Malaysia Innovation Center for Clean Water and Sustainable Energy" under the support of Resource Sustainable Research Alliance (RSRA) and Research Institute for Sustainable Environment (RISE) at UTM on April 24, 2019. This headquarter will be responsible for the promotion of collaboration with Singapore, Indonesia, Brunei, and Australia/New Zealand.National Tsing Hua University also collaborates with University of Malaysia, Perlis (UniMAP) to launch a branch office in Excellent Center for Biomass Utilization, UniMAP located in Perlis on April 25, 2019.
